At Himalayan Salt Pure, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return guidelines carefully before making a request.

Important: We sell certain products in partnership with other suppliers and brands. In such cases, specific return or refund conditions from our partners may apply, and these may override or adjust the general terms below. We will always inform you of any partner-specific requirements when you initiate a return.

How to Start a Return

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the Himalayan salt lamp must be unused and in its original condition. It must be in the original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at contact@himalayansaltpure.com. We will provide return instructions, including the shipping address. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return — and verify compliance with any applicable partner brand’s policy — we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in packing our lamps, sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. Depending on our partner’s terms and product availability, we will make it right with either a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, clearance or final sale items, and custom or personalized orders.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.

Because some products are sourced in collaboration with partner brands, our refund and return terms may be updated or adjusted at any time to reflect their requirements. These changes can affect eligibility, timelines, and refund methods. The applicable policy for your order will be confirmed when you initiate a return.
