How Do I Start a Return at Himalayan Salt Pure?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The Himalayan salt lamp must be unused and in its original condition.
• Himalayan salt lamps must be in the original packaging.
• You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@himalayansaltpure.com. We will provide return instructions, including the shipping address. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

When Will I Receive My Refund at Himalayan Salt Pure?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Get Refund of Damaged or Defective Items?

While we take great care in packing our lamps, sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A photo of the item
• Your order number
  

We will make it right, either with a replacement or a refund.

What Are Non-Returnable Items at Himalayan Salt Pure?

Because of the natural and unique nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Custom or personalized orders

What Are the Shipping Costs for Returns at Himalayan Salt Pure?

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.
